Princeton – Jeffrey A. Lind passed away peacefully on Friday January 30, 2026, at UMass in Leominster. Born in Worcester, he was the son of the late Arnold S. and Ruth C. (Johnson) Lind.
Jeffrey grew up in Auburn, graduating from Auburn High School with the class of 1957, before entering the Air Force where he proudly served his nation. Following his service, he studied at Mount Wachusett community college and began a career in sales. He worked for several companies including Lank O’ Lakes and Kiebler. More recently, he drove a van for MART.
Jeffrey prided himself in taking care of his health. He was a Boston marathon runner, and a bicyclist. In his free time Jeffrey also loved to read, spend time with his cat and participated in Civil War reenactments.
Jeffery is survived by his loving wife, Frances (Holston) whom he had been married to for 59 faithful years. He is also survived by his Sisters, Deborah Merritt of Millis, and Karen Gaylord of Sterling. Jeffrey was also predeceased by his sisters, Sylvia Lind and Cynthia Roix.
Funeral arrangements are private and under the care of Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. Donations in Jeffrey’s memory can be made to Neady Cats, 215 Worcester Road, Sterling, MA, 01564
