Sending hugs and prayers to all Jeff's family and friends...
Jeff had a heart of gold and he was a dear friend over 40 years.
I am so heartbroken for his loss.. Jeff would call and chat about the Triple Crown races and who I was betting on. I will miss those conversations and all the calls he made to me checking on me after my surgery and recovery.
RIP Jeff, I will catch up on the other side, I love you my friend. Please watch over us all.

Brittni and Sean- Michael and the while Martin family. I am so deeply sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved father Jeff. Jeff and my former husband Paul Victory and myself were dear friends of him. We enjoyed so many laughs and fun moments but what will always stand out about him is his love for life and others. Always kind, caring and willing to help with an infectious smile. Jeff gave from his heart and spoke from it. There was no phony or fake. Just real. I believe that´s what everyone will remember. I know we will see him again and that will be a great day as well. He is so missed. Everyone loved your Dad. My sincerely and deepest condolences to all of you .
