Jeffrey Eugene McKeever

Jeffrey Eugene McKeever, 60, passed away unexpectedly June 3, 2024. Born in Akron, Ohio to Samuel McKeever and Becky Moyer, he resided both in Florida and the Cuyahoga Falls area during his life. Jeff was a proud Veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps and he also served on the SWAT team and as a police officer in Clay County. FL. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting, shooting his guns, and spending time with his family and the best dog ever, Lucy.
Preceded in death by his father, Sam McKeever, he will be sadly missed by his daughters, Paytn McKeever, Ema McKeever; fiance, Tracy Patterson; grandchildren, Braxton, Wade, Montana; mother, Becky Kistler; step-mother, Arlene McKeever; brother, Gregg McKeever; nephew, Sam; niece, Maddie.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will be having full military honors for Jeff at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Jeff's name to their favorite military organization.
