Jeffrey D. Neblett

I just found out today that Jeff had passed. I am extremely sad for his family and friends. As a young girl I had these biggest crush on Jeff. He was good friends with my mother and father and he spent a lot of time at our house which made me very happy. Jeff and I also shared a birthday except I was born in 1969. I just can't believe that he is gone. I will always remember him. My prayers are with his loved ones. The Lord got a very special angel. Love you so much Jeff and always will.
