Jeffrey was born on May 23, 1954 and passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Jeffrey was a resident of Batavia, Illinois at the time of passing. Visitation will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL. A prayer service will be held at 4:30 P.M.
