Jeffrey Lynn Owen, 73, of Portland, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 in Gallatin. Born April 13, 1950, in Franklin, Kentucky, he was the son of the late David Reed Owen and Muriel Dean “Penny” Pennington Owen.
He is survived by his children David Owen, Tracey Sweeney, Elizabeth Owen, John Owen, and their families.
Mr. Owen served his country proudly in the United States Marines.
Final arrangements for Mr. Owen have been entrusted to Cole & Garrett Funeral Home - Goodlettsville.
