Jeffrey G. Petko

Jeffrey G. Petko passed away on April 30, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital, Lehighton PA. He was married to the love of his life, Susanne Petko for 43 years. Jeffrey was born in Allentown, PA and was the son of Louis S. Petko and Laureen Koury Petko. He is survived by his wife Susanne Petko of Lehighton PA, his two sons Nicholas Petko of Tamaqua and Ryan Petko of Lehighton his brother Donald K. Petko of Easton, PA and his Uncle Joseph Koury of Lexington, VA. Jeffrey loved his grandchildren Dylan Petko and Brynlee Petko. He also loved the family dog Moe, who often sat with him for morning coffee. Jeffrey was known as a jokester who had a great sense of humor, and was able to make anyone laugh. Jeffrey was a graduate of Freedom High School in Bethlehem, PA. He worked for Bethlehem Steel Company prior to their closing. The next chapter in his career was in trucking where he worked for Price Trucking and Venezia Trucking until his passing.Jeffrey loved to read, hunt and fish. He had the ability to fix almost anything. He can be best described and strong yet gentle and never complained about any of the challenges life delt him.
