Jeffrey Joseph Teets

Jeff Teets, 30, of Owensboro died on Monday, June 27, 2011, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born on August 21, 1980 in Pennsylvania to John D. Teets, Sr. and Joyce Kenney Teets. He graduated from Pell City High in Alabama with the Class of 1998, loved playing XBox and other video games, was a Pop Culture fan and loved sports, especially baseball, he also was interested in transformers and superman. Jeff was an Administrator with Crandall's Flooring and was a member of Greater Vision Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his wife, Courtney Wood Teets; a son, Jaxson Teets; two brothers, John Teets, Jr. of Owensboro and Jay Teets of Huntsville, AL; nieces and nephews, Daniel, Josh, Emily, Nick, Tanner, and Justin Teets and Boston, Fletcher and Archie Parisi; and his dogs, Alley Bones and Mickey Blue. Services will be at 11:00a.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. and after 9:00a.m. on Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
