Jeffrey Aaron Thorne

After he and his father took over the North Central College football program after my sophomore season, I immediately became impressed by their character, hard work, and genuine regard for not just us as players but as men and future employees, husbands, and fathers. Jeff was such a great man of faith and such a talented football mind. Hearing of his passing struck me with such sadness and remorse for his family. However, Jeff's legacy and impact live on in all the lives he impacted on and off the field. In our eyes, he is a hall of fame coach, son, husband, and father. Rest in peace and paradise, Jeff.
