Jeffrey L. Webb was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on January 19, 1954, and died in Gainesville, Florida, on December 10, 2025.
Jeffrey was the beloved son on Robert N. Webb and Mary E. Webb and was cherished by his two brothers David R. Webb and Steven E. Webb.
Jeffrey graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Charleston, West Virginia, and thereafter worked in the construction, excavation, and mining industries as a skilled heavy equipment operator and craftsman his entire career. He retired from Greer Limestone in Morgantown, but he considered his major accomplishment as the faithful care he gave to his friends, family, and church.
In 1994 he married Patricia Rinehart, and they lived in Westover, West Virginia, until Patricia's death. At the same time and thereafter he was a faithful servant for Faith Baptist Church in Morgantown, West Virginia. Most recently, and for several years, he taught a bible class twice a month at Harmony Nursing Home in Morgantown.
Jeffrey is survived by his brother Steven E. Webb, and his stepsons Mickey and Terry Rinehart, as well as his dear cousin Sarah Kay Wolfe, and his friends at Faith Baptist Church, among whom are Harry and Lynn Davis his beloved friends. Jeff was a faithful walking companion to Harry for many years. They walked six days a week rarely missing a day. Jeff also did many of the “honey-do” jobs at the Davis household.
He was a dear friend to many and will be missed. Jeff was cremated and no formal services are scheduled at this time.
