Jelane Marie Hamper

Hi Hamper kids! You will have to dig way back to remember me. My Mom was Nancy Morgan, one of your mom's besties. I knew her as 'Aunt Jelane' and let me just say - she was human sunshine with that smile and genuine kindness :)
Here's an odd story: I woke up slowly the morning of August 2nd (my mom's birthday) while having a dream that your mom was in (kinda bananas, right?) When I fully woke up, I kept thinking about your mom so I googled her to find she had recently passed. Call me nuts, but I was blown away and truly believe that it was some kind of energy/communication lovingly coming from the other side...
Another story: I remember being at your cool house in Greenville in the 1977 and everyone was so excited to watch an Elvis Special on tv. He surely delivered for the adults, but I couldn't really see what the big deal was as I was 9. Turns out it was his last television performance...
I am unable to attend her Memorial on Sunday, but I am sending the whole family love!
