Jenica Shannon Jones, born on July 6, 1976, in Franklin, Venango County, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at her home in Lexington, North Carolina, on November 8, 2025, at the age of 49.
Born to Bradley James and Brenda Joyce Greene, Jenica was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She spent her early years in Franklin before her family relocated to North Carolina, where she received her education at West Davidson High School.
On September 4, 2021, she married the love of her life, Andrew Keith Jones, in Lexington, NC. Together, they built a life filled with love and cherished moments.
Jenica was employed by PPG as a forklift operator for seven years, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she found joy in singing and treasured every moment spent with her family, who were the center of her world.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Greene, and her aunt, Kathy Greene. Jenica leaves behind a loving family that includes her devoted husband, Andrew; her daughters, Lilly McKayla Ball and Summer Caudle, along with her son-in-law, Devin; her brothers, Deacon Begley and JR Begley; and her sisters, Shae Begley and Joan Zamagni. Her family and friends will forever remember her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor Jenica's memory. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, an organization that provided comfort and support during her final days.
Jenica's legacy of love and family will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
