Jennie Pons, 95, of the Little Italy neighborhood in Chicago passed February 9th 2026. Beloved wife of the late Richard for over 50 years. Dear mother of Anthony Pons, Aline Leone and Richard Pons. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Vanessa) Leone and great-grandmother of twins Lincoln and Gia. Jennie was preceded in death by one brother and five sisters. Jennie was a devoted caretaker of many cats. She loved to bake and would make cakes for everyone from scratch. She enjoyed casinos and was an avid fan of blackjack and slot machines.
A celebration of her life will be held with close friends and family at a later date and time.
