Jennifer D. Bumann

Jennifer Denise Bumann, age 63, of Greenville, passed away with her loving husband, Dale, at her side on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. She was born in Brunswick, Maine to the late Victor and Margaret (Shepard) John on October 31, 1962. Jen graduated from Wausau East High School in 1980 and from NCTI in Wausau in 1984. She married the love of her life, Dale, on February 14, 1986, in Oshkosh. Jen worked for 20 years at UW Oshkosh as an Archives Assistant.
Jen enjoyed many things in life, including genealogy, beading, reading, and cooking. She had many pets throughout the years and adored each one. Most of all, Jen loved spending time with her husband and her family.
Jen is survived by her husband of 39 years, Dale; her brother Mark (Heather) John; sister Larisa John; dog Caesar; cat Scout; and other relatives and close friends. She is preceded in death by both of her parents.
Per Jen's wishes, no formal funeral services will be held.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and Compassus Hospice for the care and compassion they showed to Jen and her family over her 2 years battle with cancer.
