I enjoyed my conversations with Jenny at managers meetings and serving on a couple of committees together. A knowledgable and kind person who accomplished great things for West Columbia.

Your mom and grandmother were two powerhouse women that will forever be a cherished part of my childhood memories. I like to imagine your mom, dad and grandmother playing a card game together reminiscing about how fully they lived each and every moment they had in their earth suit. Much love.

Jenny is the reason I moved to West Columbia. She was an amazing person and this community was blessed to have her at the helm for so long. Prayers for her loving family.

My heart felt sympathy for all of the family. Mrs. Jenny was so kind. She worked closely with my father Eric L. Fowler who served 23 years on the West Columbia city council. She held the city together and kept everyone straight. The heavens gained a true angel. God bless you and may His peace comfort you during this time.
