47 year old, Jennifer A. Hill, of Hebron, passed away on November 20, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
On August 8, 1978, Jennifer was born to Roger Sr. and Therese (Jensen) Sills, in Hobart, Indiana. She graduated from Merrillville High School, class of 1997. Jennifer married the love of her life, Jason Hill on December 18, 1999, in Hammond, Indiana and spent her life raising her family and loving life by his side. She was the Assistant to the Director of Maintenance and Custodial for the Merrillville School System. Jennifer was completely smitten with her grandbabies. She enjoyed camping, going to the ocean, antiquing, and travelling to Michigan every other weekend to get Oinks Ice Cream.
Jennifer is survived by her parents, husband: Jason, children: Tyler (Bailey) Hill, Aubrey (Travis Held) Hill, grandbabies: Clayton, Cletus, and siblings: Roger Sills Jr., and Douglas (Tricia Gonsowski) Sills.
Per Jennifer’s wishes cremation will take place.
A Celebration of Life Service for Jennifer will be held from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the First Church-Hebron, 800 Country Square Plaza, Hebron, IN 46341.
