She was loved by many, known for her bright smile, and never met a stranger. She leaves behind her dearly loved nephews Christian and Ayden, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends and co-workers who will miss her.
Preceding her in death is her father Harry McVey, mother Mary Catherine McVey, her brother Brent McVey and her beloved fur-baby Lily. A graduate of South Charleston High School, she went on to earn an associate degree in psychology and a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia State University. She was a case worker for the Kanawha County DHHR.
A private service is planned in the Spring for family, and a celebration of life is being hosted by her closest friends on December 7th at 2 pm at Bodaddy's on 7th Ave. in South Charleston, WV.
