When I began my childcare journey in 2004,
Jenny, you were already a guiding light -
a wise, kind mentor who showed me
how to tend little hearts with grace.

Your daycare was a haven.
Your hands, gentle. Your spirit, unwavering.
For 20 years, I admired your devotion:
the patience you planted,
the love you let bloom.

Though we nurtured separate gardens,
your roots ran deep in mine.
Thank you, Jenny,
for every lesson, every shared laugh,
every quiet moment of understanding
that only fellow providers know.

Rest gently now, dear friend.
Your legacy lives on
in every child who carries your kindness,
and in providers like me
who still walk the path you lit.

Words can´t express how much I´ll miss Jenny. She was my rock, confidant and adviser. I´m so grateful for all the joy and love she brought into my life. My life was blessed through her friendship of over 40 years. May she find blessing in the next life. RIP
