Jenny, my neighbor, but more so my friend and someone my kids and I loved.

I remember introducing myself when I first moved in and Jenny later came by with beautiful flowers welcoming me to the neighborhood. (Little did she know I didn´t have a green thumb and that was her territory).

Throughout the months our friendship grew. Each day after taking our dog, Marshall, on a walk we would stop by her garden to say hi. Soon she was part of our everyday life. Checking in on each other and helping me with Robbie and then William when he was born.

She accompanied me on all the haircuts with my two boys. Of course, always followed with pretzels and sometimes even donuts. It became our tradition. I´m not sure how much she realized I didn´t just appreciate the help, but the company even more.

Jenny was a great listener always there when I needed to complain about my sleepless nights or juggling my 2 babies. Never quick to judge and offering advice.

Anyone who knew Jenny knew how generous she was and never asking for anything in return. Everywhere I turn in my house I see a reminder of her- from the tape dispenser she gave Robbie because he loves wrapping presents- to the stuffed animals my kids sleep with every night. The little things that hold so much meaning.

My words don´t do justice on how much you meant to us. I´m so lucky to have met someone like you in my lifetime. You will be missed.

Love,
Ashley, Kevin, Robbie and William Audet
