Jeremiah J Doran Jr, in his 95th year, …..
Father to Denise, Jeremiah, Brian and Kathleen, grandfather to Brian, Tabitha, Shannon, Tess, Misty, Jason and Autumn. Brothers Don and Monsignor Edward. Sons in law Nelson, Josh, daughter in law Donna. Those gone before him father Jeremiah, mother Mary, brothers Bob and Larry, sisters Irene, Doris, Jane.
His legacy of service to others from his days in the Navy, to his career in accounting and taxes. Heading countless committees and organization and tireless work for veterans. Commander many times in the American Legion, member in the VFW, Moose Lodge, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He gave freely of his time and resources to help those in need.
His passion for music, dancing and singing Irish tunes throughout the pubs in Ireland on his many visits to his favorite place. His amazing memory made him a great storyteller and regaled everyone with stories of his travels and the multitude of people he met. From high profile politicians, CEO’s, musicians to his local friends and neighbors, he saw everyone the same and was there to help them all where they could pay for his services or not. He was so proud of how he supported people around him and always found a way to help. His motto was service above self. His dedication to his clients and friends will be missed by all who knew him. Let’s not be in sorrow that is no more, but the thankful that he was.
