Mr. Jeremy Combs

Funeral services for Mr. Jeremy Combs, 60, of Wright City, will be held at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Rev. Rohn Boone officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM on Monday, January 12, at the funeral home.

Mr. Combs passed from this life on January 8, 2026, in Dallas. He was born February 1, 1965, in Wills Point. Jeremy was the co-owner of Combs Logging in Carlisle and was a member of First Baptist Church of Wright City.

He was preceded in death by his father Albert Wayne Combs, son Austin James Combs, grandparents Albert J. Combs and Annabel Combs, John Henry and Nellie Bearden, Mother in law Jerry Clark, and his childhood best friend Danny Brandenburg.

Survivors include his wife Charlie Combs of Wright City; mother Sarah E. Combs of Carlisle; daughters Cary Cobden and husband Daniel of Overton, and Leandrea Mullins and husband Nathan of Good Springs; brother DeWayne Combs and wife Judy of Troup; grandchildren Max Wayne Mullins, Cooper Eugene Mullins, Ellie Mae Mullins, Lilith James Cobden; father-in-law James Clark of Turnertown; granddogs Bella Rose Combs and Daisy Mullins and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Westley Clark, Benny Clark, David Waggoner, Brad Mager, Cody Combs, Kevin Clark, Kevin Nix, and Joe Nix.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Wright City at P.O. Drawer B, Arp, TX 75750.
