Tina Danforth/ Autumn Tyler
February 4, 2025
I met Jeremy about six years ago when he became my daughter´s specialist for her braces. He always made her as well as myself laugh. I will always hear him call out to my daughter Autumn( Hey Fred!) she would always pick on him as he measured or was fitting her braces. She would say picking up her tiny feet smell my feet smell it lol He would laugh they went back and forth he was amazing with her. My heart broke today when I heard Autumn who is 10 now will miss him terribly as I. My deepest condolences to all his family and all who had the pleasure to know him.

I couldn't believe when I just heard this tragedy today. He was amazing with my grandson and his care. He had a way of making you feel like a family member, not always making the office visits dull and hurried. Jeremy spoke of his wife and dog and of his military history which made him feel human in a world where the healthcare system has made us feel more like numbers. I am so sorry for his family and his work family. Tanya Dixon, RN
