Jeremy S. Hilty

Jeremy S. Hilty, 8, of Goshen (district: 71-2), died at 9:35 pm, on Friday, September 6, at his residence following an accident. He was born on March 13, 2016, in Cromwell, to Christy A. and Susan S. (Shetler) Hilty. Surviving in addition to his parents are his 11 siblings, Paul Hilty of at home, Marianna (Nathan) Bontrager of Burr Oak, MI, Joshua Hilty, Elaine Hilty, Michael Hilty, Elizabeth Ann Hilty, Matthew Hilty, Jesse Hilty, Jared Hilty, Joel Hilty, and Kara Beth Hilty all at home; nephew, Waylon Jay Bontrager; grandparents, Amos E. and Margaret Hilty of Bluffton; grandmother, Amanda Shetler of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Samuel Shetler. Jeremy was a second grader at Hillside elementary school. Visitation will be after 1:00 pm on Sunday, September 8, and all day Monday, September 9, 2024 at the Daniel Miller residence, 14188 CR 34 Goshen. Funeral services will be at 9:30 am on Tuesday, September 10, at the same residence. Services will be conducted by Bishop Daniel Miller and the home ministers. Burial will be in Clinton Union Cemetery, Goshen.
