Jeremy Lee Leege, also known affectionately as Jeremiah The Bullfrog, born on July 22, 1988, has passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2025 at only 37 years old.
He was greeted in Heaven by his best friend Jesus, his dearly missed father Big Johnny, his Great-Grandma Effie, his Granny Linda, Grandpa Kash, Grandma Mary, and Pop, along with loving friends gone too soon. He leaves behind his three daughters, Ellie, Lillie, and Lexie Leege, whom he would of given the moon to, if he could have. He also leaves behind 7 nieces and nephews, who he was very proud of and loved to spoil (Amealia, Johnny, Landen, Matthew, Abigail, Autumn, & Annarae). Jeremy also leaves behind his loving Mother, Katie, his brother Johnny, and his sisters Jennifer and Jessica and many other loved ones and friends. Jeremy was a brother to many and never hesitated to give even when he had very little. He was encouraging and uplifting to the ones around him, especially the kids and loved opportunities to teach them something. Growing up Jeremy was always adored in school by teachers and classmates but struggled academically. He hated sitting at a desk but loved working with his hands. When he was young he enjoyed taking things apart and seeing how they worked. He excelled in construction and mechanics. He was an idealist and loved to brainstorm and come up with new inventions. His most proud profession was as a supervisor for a fire sprinkler company, installing and maintenance work. He had hopes of going back and moving up in the industry but he found peace and joy among the slow and simple blessings in life. Jeremy loved his family and being near them. His siblings were his closest comrades. He worked on and off at his Mother's restaurant and lived on her small farm caring for the animals including his favorite, horses. Jeremy always had a passion for horses since he was a little boy, starting with his pony Dusty. He also enjoyed playing the guitar, being outside, hiking, mushroom hunting, reading, writing, and was a big fan of both Marvel & DC Universe and also baseball. Jeremy leaves behind many sad hearts but I think he always knew he wasn't meant to be long for this world. He once said many years ago, " I could die happy, knowing I'll be missed, that our babies would carry us with them" and he has also said "...with my family doing so well in this world, I'm fine, even proud, pretty sure it's different than pride." Jeremy has victory over the grave through his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He will be deeply missed and remembered for all the good things, his goofy and caring personality, deep conversations and his love for Christ and others. Until we meet again brother. If you would like to attend the memorial service on Sunday December 14th or participate by sending flowers, cards/notes with your favorite memory or memories to be placed in his guitar, please contact Jessica at [email protected] with the subject titled "Jeremy" for info to mail them or if that does not work well, please share a memory below.
