Jeremy Scott Moreno

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeremy Moreno, born on October 6, 1988. He left this world too soon but left a mark on the hearts of all who knew him. He passed away peacefully and surrounded by family and friends on December 10, 2025, at thirty-seven years old.

Jeremy was a truly exceptional individual, known for his infectious, charismatic nature, and his unparalleled ability to light up any room. His sense of humor and passion for life made him a joy to be around, and he embraced every moment with a playful spirit.

Above all else, Jeremy was defined by his deep and unwavering care for others. He possessed a rare empathy and consistently put the happiness of his friends and family before his own, always trying his very best to ensure the people around him felt loved and supported. Whether through a quick joke, a helping hand, or simply a shoulder to lean on, Jeremy's efforts to spread joy were constant and genuine.

Jeremy is survived by his sister, Felicia Moreno; brother-in-law, Paul Copley; his nephews and nieces, Adrian Barcenas, Marina Barcenas, Gabriel Barcenas, Fabian Barcenas, Christian Barcenas, Peyton Tatum, Savannah Tatum, and Ava Copley; his grandmother, Jackie Risley; and his friends who became family, Allie Parker, Amanda Lowery, Paula Hayner, and Anna Mosel. He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Vicki Moreno; grandfather, Victor Moreno; and his cherished brother, Michael Moreno. We take comfort in knowing that Jeremy is now peacefully reunited with them.
