Jeremy David Owens, a cherished husband, father, son, and brother, passed away at home on December 4, 2024, at the age of 43. Born on April 23, 1981, in Cleveland, OH, Jeremy's life was a testament to his faith, creativity, and the joy he found in the simple pleasures of life.

Jeremy is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Owens, with whom he shared countless treasured moments; his son, Jacob Owens, who inherited his father's enjoyment for music; and his daughter, Natalie Owens, who will always remember her father's gentle guidance and encouragement. He also leaves behind his devoted mother, Kathy Owens; his father, Dave Owens; and his brothers, Kevin and Alex Owens, who will miss his camaraderie and unwavering support.

For 12 years, Jeremy dedicated his professional life to his role as a telemetry technician, where his attention to detail and caring nature were deeply valued by his colleagues and those under his care. His work was not just a job but a calling, as he found great satisfaction in contributing to the well-being of others.

Jeremy's passion for music was undeniable. As a talented guitarist and songwriter, he found solace and joy in the strings of his guitar. His creative spirit shone brightly when he played music with his band, sharing his soulful compositions with all who would listen. Jeremy's love for music was matched only by his love for storytelling, often sparked by his fascination with antiques. He relished the hunt for these historical treasures, each piece a catalyst for a story he was eager to explore and share. Jeremy also had a love for hunting and collecting guns.

Above all, Jeremy valued time spent with his family and friends. He was the cornerstone of gatherings, infusing every occasion with laughter, warmth, and his faith-filled perspective on life. His hands were rarely still, as he was always creating, fixing, or improving something, leaving a legacy of his handiwork for all to remember him by.

Jeremy's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, faith, and creativity. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire us to cherish the stories behind the treasures we find, the music that moves us, and the precious time we have with those we love.

As we bid farewell to Jeremy David Owens, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and passion, a life that touched so many others in profound and lasting ways. He will be deeply missed, but his light will continue to shine in the memories we hold dear.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, from 3-4 PM, and a funeral service starting at 4 PM, at the Cremation Society of SC - Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC 29611.
