Jeremy James "Jj" Weaver

Jeremy James "JJ" Weaver, age 51, passed away peacefully on Friday the 22nd of November 2024 in Charleston County after losing his long hard fought battle with addiction. He is now at peace and is no longer battling his demons. He was born on the 10th of June 1973, in Seattle Washington, to Chuck and Kathy Weaver of St.George, SC. He is survived by his daughter Scarlett Avery age 12. She was his whole world!! JJ would always love to talk to his friends and family about her. He was a wonderful daddy to his baby girl and would tmove heaven and earth for her. He is also survived by his mother and father, Chuck and Kathy Weaver, his big sister Becki Gause (Eddie) of Harleyville, SC, his nephew Teddy DeVore (Angi), their 3 children Charlotte, Thomas and Caroline of Jacksonville, FL, his niece Kristianna Huesmann (Bryan Bordelon) their 5 kids Avyanna, Micha, Elisianna, Laiken and Breelyn of St. Matthews, SC, his niece Katelynn Borman (Brandon Rick) and their 4.5 kids Mykayla, Karsen, Jace, Brantley and baby girl on the way of Duluth, Mn, His niece Madysun Borman and her daughter Skylar Kay, and his older brother Charles "Ward" Weaver (Dawn) and their 2 children Christina "Dream" Ruedy (Jacob) and their son Owen, and his nephew Chase Weaver of Sparta, WI. JJ worked as a Chef with many different titles. Cooking was his passion. J.J. was very outgoing and loved working at different restaurants where he prepared his creative and tasty dishes for his patrons to enjoy. He cherished his family, especially his daughter!! JJ always had the ability to make anyone smile, not only through his cooking, but his demeanor as well. His laugh was one of kind and very contagious. He would lend hand to anyone that needed it. He will be deeply missed by all that loved and adored him. Family, friends, and others are invited to the his sister's home at 380 E Main St Harleyville SC 29448 from 1 pm to 3 pm on Saturday the 7th of December 2024 to reminisce and honor JJ's life.
