Mr. Bollettieri is predeceased by his beloved wife, Cathy Bollettieri in 2022. Surviving are his children Jerry Jr., Robert, James, Jared and Travis. Also surviving are his many grandchildren and great grandchildren and his siblings Lorraine, Linda and Donna.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 10am – 12pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd. Bayville, NJ 08721. Burial will immediately follow at St. Josephs Cemetery in Toms River.
