Jerrell Lee "Tuffy" Virden

Jerrell "Tuffy" Virden passed away on July 17th, 2025 at the VA hospital in Little Rock Arkansas. Jerrell served in Korea and was a part of the Army's 7th Infantry division where he served as a Sergeant. He was a successful business owner of his trucking company before retiring and raising horses. Jerrell was a devoted mason and served as past master at Shilo lodge. Jerrell was always quick to help people and loved riding his tractor around his ranch after retirement. Jerrell had plenty of stories to tell and loved sharing them with anyone who would listen to them. Jerrell was presided in death by his father, Jeff Davis Virden, mother, Zettie Virden. Survivors include his wife, Maddie Virden, daughter, Janie Avants, son, David Virden, grandchildren include, Katelynn Hooker, Hannah Fink, Lindsey Williams, Hope Virden and Seth Virden.
