Jerrene Joyce Watzel

I remember the trip with fond memories that my sister Vel Reimer and I took with Jerrene to visit the Black Hills and nearby regions. She was so excited to show us around and we had such a great time of fellowship! All of her conversations showed her fervent love of the Lord, her family and all the people her life touched. She had a great sense of humor and we did our share of laughing! Just as we did at the Kroeker cousin gatherings:-)
In later years she had difficulty finding the words she wanted to use, but she never got impatient-even though conversations took longer she was just a joyful presence, and she talked about others' needs even as hers were growing greater. She hasn't been able to talk on the phone now for a while and I have missed that. I am grateful I can rejoice that we will see each other again with no limitations!

My deepest sympathy to all of you family members as you grieve this huge loss, and I'm praying that God's comfort holds you all close
