Jerrid Clinton Grisso

Seminole, OK resident Jerrid Clinton Grisso passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025 in Seminole at the age of 43. Jerrid was born December 16, 1981 in Ada, OK to Gary Grisso and Charlotte Ann (Wolf) Chapman. He was raised by Gary and Marjorie Grisso and grew up in the countryside of Seminole, OK. He was a Strother High School graduate. Jerrid married Hayley Dawn Smith on October 31, 2011 at Little River Church in Seminole, OK. He worked as a casino manager.

Jerrid enjoyed watching movies, fishing, taking lake trips, playing sports, planning activities and making crafts. He loved family gatherings. Jerrid was so proud of Aiden and treasured their time playing sports and video games and spending time together.

Jerrid is survived by his wife, Hayley Dawn Grisso; son, Aiden Grisso; four daughters, Jazmine Cowell, Brooklyn Cowell, Hailey Cowell and Kaitlyn Cowell; father and step-mother, Gary and Judith Grisso; three brothers, Jason Cheatwood and wife, Carrie, Jeff Cheatwood and Nikashi Supernaw; sister, Nataska Supernaw; five grandchildren, Enzo Ginn, Jacolb Bayles, Jayla Bayles, Roman Jones and Khloe Jones; aunts Anita Wolf and Misselda Wolf and many other family and friends.

Jerrid was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Wolf; grandparents Kizzy Wolf and Redmond Wolf Sr.; great uncle Eric Wolf; great aunts, Marjorie Howard and Karen Wolf; Scotty Grisso, Stacy England and Deidre Harrison; uncles, Johnny Wolf, Eric Wolf, Roger Wolf, Curtis Wolf and Redmond Wolf Jr. and aunts, Marjorie Claudia Wolf Howard, Karen Sue Harrison Wolf and Charlotte Bruder.

Anita, Gary and Judith were so much help to Hayley during Jerrid’s care and it is with deep gratitude their love and diligence are recognized and forever appreciated.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
