Jerry Dean Flury, 73, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
Ms. Flury was born in Macon, GA to the late John Perry Wynn and Geraldine Ashley Wynn. She was a graduate of the Fayetteville Technical College Nursing Program and retired from Roper Hospital after many years dedicating her life to her career and her passion in caring for others. In her free time, she loved to cross-stitch and watch Asian soap operas on the television. She was a collector of lighthouses.
Surviving are a daughter, Kerry Flury; a sister, Terry Wynn; a grandson, Collin Hodgden; and her beloved cat, Callie. She was predeceased by her dog, Maggie.
A celebration of Jerry's life will begin at 12 noon Saturday, January 4, at Fletcher Funeral Service in Fountain Inn. A Florence Nightingale Tribute will be presented by the SC Nurses Honor Guard. The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
Memorials in Jerry's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association,
