Jerry Lee Frix

FRIX - Jerry Lee Frix, age 80, of Snellville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025. He was a devoted Christian and Sunday School Teacher, who loved to testify and tell everyone he met of his loving Lord and Savior. He found strength in his faith with peace and comfort through singing true gospel music. He wrote and published several songs. He loved to fish, watch the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldawgs. A member of Community Baptist Church. Jerry retired from Arrow Pest Control with 42 years of service. A loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend- who will be truly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary Lou (Crowe) & stepfather George Wallace, Roy Lee & stepmother Betty Frix, daughter Emily Marie Frix, in-laws Paul & Maidie Davis, half brother Archie Frix and half sister Sylvia Frix. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years Jeannette (Davis) Frix and son James Frix, both of Snellville, GA, sisters Jean Campbell, Teresa & David Higginbotham and Genny & Cecil Morris, brother-in-law Danny Davis, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home Lawrenceville, GA, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM with Reverend Johnny Banks officiating. Interment will follow at Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceville, GA. A Visitation will be held prior that day from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
