Jerry L. Gephart

Jerry L Gephart, 69, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at his residence surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with emphysema. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Jerry worked as a Specification Compiler with Navistar for 30 years, retiring in 1996. He graduated from New Haven High School Class of 1959, and was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church. Jerry was a loving Husband and Father who enjoyed gardening, woodworking and was an avid NASCAR fan. Surviving are his Wife, Gwendolyn A. Gephart, Son, Brian D. Gephart, and Sister, Carole Sheehan all of Fort Wayne, IN Sister, Sharon McCook of Hortonville, WI Jerry was preceded in death by Parents, Claude R. and Dorothy V. Gephart, Service is Saturday Sept. 18th. at 2:00 PM at - D. O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd with Dr. Kathleen Haller officiating and calling 1 hr. prior. Additional calling at - D. O. McComb and Sons Pine ValleyFuneral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd from 2- 5 PM and 7-9 PM Friday Sept. 17th. . Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens , Fort Wayne, Indiana.
