Jerry was born on August 7, 1940 and passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Jerry was a resident of Wernersville, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Services will be held at 4:00 pm, Monday, April 30 th , at Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville. A viewing will be held 2-4:00 pm, Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CHEST Foundation, 2595 Patriot Boulevard, Glenview, IL 60026 or to St. John's Reformed Church, 4001 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Monday, April 30, 2018 4:00 PM Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc. 243 W. Penn Ave. Wernersville, Pennsylvania 19565.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Jerry was such a good man. I didn't know him very long but can say I will have fond memories of his humor and willingness to help a bunch of women putting the church newsletter together. He will be sadly missed. May the Lord bless you Joan Ann in the days ahead.
