To my dear family,

God has taken our angel to that magic place. Jerry is now free of pain. It is going to be different without him. Time is going to be hard and slow. We are going to miss him, but our love for him will never end. Bobby, Henry, Carolyn and Marilyn our chain has broken...a link is now missing. Our baby brother is gone on to a better place.
May, my dear loving sister-in-law, I cannot thank you enough for caring for my brother. You bathe him, fed him, clothe him and you were there in his final hour. You done all that possibly could been done. Jerry loved his "May". so very, very, very much. Please know that I love you too. Missy, you were there for your dad, no matter what time of day or night. And Chris, you always watched over your dad constantly asking him "Daddy you alright?". Nippy, whenever needed you were always there in a matter of seconds. Elijah's, Papa loved you so much, words can't express the love he had for you. As you say, Papa is not dead, he is just sleeping, watching over you.
Kevin, Cookie (Jerry Jr.), Mont & Corey, oh how you loved your dad and he loved you and was so proud of you. And to all the grandchildren, your Paps loved you unconditionally.
Jerry, loved each of you so very very much. He was so proud of his family.
I miss him so very much that my heart aches for him.. Things just don't seem the same without him. That smiling face, the laughter, the walk, the talk and the love he showed. Oh, how I miss him.
I thank God for each of you.
Family, you are one of a kind, full of love. I am so happy to be a part of this family.
