I´m so sorry for the loss jerry was my doctor he will be missed

Condolences to Mr. Jerry's family and friends and all the staff at Family Medical Clinic.

I am saddened to learn of Jerry's passing. He was such a kind man with such a great sense of humor all of which made him a fantastic Nurse Practitioner.

Jerry was a great man. He took such good care of my daddy for the past 8 years. His passion was evident each time we saw him. He was so worried about my dad on day that he gave me his personal cell phone number Incase I needed to call him. Jerry actually called 3 times that day to check on dad. Jerry was a true blessing & he will be greatly missed. Prayers going up for his family.

Jerry was such a wonderful physician. He treated my children, my spouse, and myself. He was always so loving and kind. He was one of the good ones who promise to do no harm. He lived by this. I will be praying for your daily Jerry! We will greatly miss you!

So sad to hear of Jerry´s passing. He treated our family and specifically my Asperger Son. He was so good at communicating with him/us. It´s a great loss. Prayers for the family.

We are so saddened by the loss of Jerry! He has taken such good care of Bruce for many years! He was so loving and kind and always proactive in making sure Bruce got the tests and medicines that he needed to stay healthy. We will miss Jerry and his kind spirit !

So sorry to hear about Jerry I have worked with him a long time through my company Mckesson and I always enjoyed his humor and his good nature. Always willing to help anyone he will be missed

Jerry was a good doctor to me and my husband I hate this he talked my husband liked jerry that talked about hunting racing in my husband mustang he´s going to be missed

We are so saddened by the passing of Jerry... he was a great Nurse Practitioner... He has taken wonderful care for all 3 of us...we can´t believe this is real... he has seen us for 10 years or more...Love and prayer´s for his family and for his staff... He will be greatly missed....

I´m so saddened by Jerry´s death. He was the kindest, most caring medical professional that I have ever known. He had a heart for his patients and will truly be missed by the throngs of people who knew, trusted, and loved him as their caregiver.
