It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jerry Edward Ojeda, who departed this life on December 13, 2025, at his home in
Pinole, CA. Born on November 14,1950 in
Richmond, CA, Jerry touched the lives of many through kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.
A Life Well-Lived
Jerry Ojeda was known for his compassion, strength, and dedication to family and friends. Throughout his life, he exemplified the values of integrity and perseverance. Jerry worked tirelessly in his own automotive shop, Ojeda's Auto Repair, for 15 plus years before starting his own Construction/Painting Business, earning respect and admiration from anyone who met him for over 30 years. Teaching all who worked with him the importance of hard work. He would teach his children and grandchildren the things he learned throughout his life, bitcoin knowledge and the importance of saving, other different life skills and most importantly, what family was all about.
Family and Legacy
Jerry Ojeda will be remembered forever by his wife of 45 years, Denita Ojeda, his children Roxanne Blake and her husband John, Deniella Hunter and her husband Dexter, Johnny Ojeda and his wife Nichole. He leaves behind his biggest fans, his grandchildren: Dominick, Dion, Jeremy, Jessica, Dayvon, Isabella, Devyn, Julianna, Desirae, Catalynna, Walker & Anastasia, as well as numerous relatives and daycare children who will cherish the memories shared of their awesome Papa. He was predeceased by his father David Ojeda, his mother Evelyn Ojeda & brother Pierre Ojeda.
Jerry Ojeda's legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the love he gave so freely. Jerry Ojeda will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
Celebration of Life
A memorial service will be held on January 24th at the Eagles Hall, 2122 Rivers St, San Pablo CA at 2pm, where friends and family are invited to gather and honor Jerry's remarkable life.
