It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry E. Paquin in Sacramento, California. Born Joseph Gerard Jr. Paquin in Detroit, MI to Josephine (Caruso) and Gerard R. Paquin, Jerry lived most of his life in Campbell, California before moving to Sacramento in 2021 to be closer to his children.
A cherished husband, father and grandfather who never met a stranger, Jerry welcomed everyone into their home with grace and generosity. Jerry was the proud owner of La Rosa Pharmacy in downtown San Jose and finished his career at the San Jose State University Health Center.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Judith R. (DuBois), his three children, Mark, Tracey (Keven), and Stephanie (Ed); and his grandchildren Ryan and Jessica, who were the lights of his life.
