Mikey is survived by his wife of 23 years, Michelle Phillips; two daughters, Amanda Gregg of Ohio and Chelsey Sexton and husband Holden Sexton; five grandchildren, Lillianna Anders, Braylyn Sexton, Bricen Sexton, Laker Sexton, and Aisley Sexton; one great granddaughter, Oaklynn Bilbrey; three brothers, Gary Phillips of Oneida, Larry Phillips and girlfriend Patty Wright of Ohio, Terry and Tracy Phillips of Corbin, KY; two sisters, Betty Jo Phillips of Oneida and Fayetta Phillips and fiancé Bob Dunville of Oneida; three nieces, Trish Phillips and wife Kaylee Phillips of Oneida, Olivia and Hannah Phillips of Ohio; three nephews, Tristen Jones, Larry Phillips, Jr., and Tommy Phillips of Ohio; father-in-law, Aulvon Franklin and mother-in-law, Katherine Franklin of Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Tina Phillips and Angela Williams of Ohio; many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Quality Hospice Care, Brenda Smith and Renee and special thanks to his brother, Gary Phillips.
