Jerry Pippin Obituary
Jerry D. Pippin, age 62 of Gallatin, passed away October 19, 2023. He was born in Portland, TN on August 10, 1961 to the late Dozier “Red” Pippin and Dorothy Qualls Pippin. He was also preceded in death by his sister Linda Bartel and Sister-in-law, Kathy Pippin. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Ann Pippin; daughter, Jennifer (Christopher) Herriott; grandchildren, Brady, Colbey, and Lilly Herriott; siblings, Jimmy (Lynda) Pippin, Leon (Eva) Pippin, Danny (Lisa) Pippin, David Pippin, Lavinia (Billy) Pearson. Laverne (Jerry) Martin; brother-in-law Frank Bartel; aunt, Nora Pippin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Visitation will be at Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center Sunday October 22 from 2-5pm; and Monday October 23 from 11am until time of service at 12 Noon with Rev. Victor Creasy, officiating. Entombment to follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens.
