Jerry Roye Obituary
Jerry Wayne Roye born 08/28/1941 passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025 surrounded by family. Jerry never met a stranger. Throughout his life, he was devoted to the things that mattered most to him: God, his family, and his friends. Whether you visited Fireplaces by Roye or simply encountered him in town, you were guaranteed to leave with a smile or a prayer. Jerry taught us how to embrace life fully with his remarkable sense of humor, which remained with him until the very end. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn and his siblings and leaves behind his wife, Louella, his children: Joey & Lanette Roye, James & Halyey Roye and Janna Aulie. He was a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. We encourage you to take a moment to remember and share your cherished memories of Jerry, and please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Funeral service has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM at C T Baker & Sons Funeral Home, 634 S Columbia Dr., West Columbia, Texas 77486.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until Service at Baker Funeral Home Chapel. Online condolence can be left and signing of the guest registry available at www.ctbakerfuneralhome.com
