Jerry Lee Smith, 67, of Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at St. Francis Downtown, Greenville. Jerry was born in Bamberg, S.C. on November 19, 1958, a son of the late Mary Laura (Powell) and Robert Grady Smith, Sr. His survivors include, a sister, Laura Ann Bridges and her husband Harold; a brother, Robert Grady Smith Jr. and his wife Wanda "Stormy" Kirby Smith; a niece, Gina Gula and her husband Mike; a nephew Harold Andrew Bridges and his wife Michelle; three great nephews, Rhett Gula,Statham Gula and Kaysen Bridges; three step great nieces and one step great great niece.
Jerry was a retired truck driver, he also worked 20 plus years as owner/operator of JLS Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning Service. He was a devoted Christian of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed restoring classic motorcycles, cars and trucks and had given out more than 750 wooden crosses through his personal ministry.
