Jerry Speck

i worked with Jerry at Richmond Police Department in late 60's and early 70's. We worked 3rd shift. he was a fine person and very good police officer. Can't say enough about him but I learned a lot from him and respected him. thoughts and prayer go out the family, sorry I could not get there for service
