Jerry Edwin Strom

Jerry was a man of faith and a servant of Jesus. He was a blessing to many people in Hickory NC and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Drew and Michelle

"Big Daddy" was one of my heroes. He was the John Wayne of Bristolville. He lived a long and full life, with many amazing and hilarious stories to tell. He loved his friends and family with his huge heart and would do anything for those in need. He was larger than life, both in stature and personality. I was lucky to have known him since I can remember, and will spend the rest of my days missing his laugh. Another light has gone out in my life, but I´m blessed to carry on some of his humor, wit and wisdom. We´ll meet again very soon, in the sun.
We love you, Big Daddy, you are family. Thanks for the memories.
