Jerry L. Thomas

Jerry L. Thomas ,age 66 of Sweetwater passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012. He was a member of Fenders United Methodist Church. He was employed by Denso for 15 years following life as a dairy farmer. Preceded in death by parents, Lester and Lelia Thomas; sister, Theresa Thomas Stafford. Survived by wife, Debbie Thomas of Sweetwater; daughter, Kim Thomas Fry of Knoxville, son and daughter-in-law, Jerald and Julie Thomas of Johnson City; stepchildren, Catlin Ryan, Shiloh Ryan and Aubree Keyser; grandchildren, Lauren and Meredith Thomas; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Pat Thomas; sisters and brothers-in-law, Frieda Brown and Claude Evans; Brenda and Garland Lee all of Sweetwater ; nephews, Matt and Amanda Thomas, Jacob Thomas, Luke and Traci Thomas. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. Special aunt, Mildred McGinnis of Lenoir City. The body is at Kyker Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Ed Donley, Rev. Bill Dawson and Rev. Ron Wooten officiating. Graveside service and Interment Wednesday 11:00 AM in the Fenders Community Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Andy Fry, Matt Thomas, Luke Thomas, Jack Watson and Denso associates. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Luttrell Community Center or the Fenders Community Cemetery. Kyker Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements
