Jeslyn Moody Weitman, a beloved and cherished matriarch, went to her heavenly home on June 12, 2025, at the Community Hospice Inpatient Center in Vidalia, Georgia. Born on March 27, 1930, in the small town of Glennville, Georgia to Willie and Lollie Burkhalter Moody, Jeslyn graced the lives of many with her unwavering kindness, strong work ethic, and boundless spirit of generosity.

For two remarkable decades, Jeslyn served as a food service supervisor for the Tattnall County School System, where her dedication left an indelible mark on countless students and fellow staff members.
