Jesus is preceded in death by his Wife, Guadalupe Rodriguez Cisnero, Son, Sam Martin Cisnero, Son-in-law, Carlos Antonio Alvarez.
He is survived by his beloved family which includes his Son, Richard Joe Cisnero; Two Daughters, Nina Cisnero, Ana Eva Alvarez; Five Grandsons, Thomas Richard Cisnero, Sam Martin Cisnero, Jr., Jesse Joseph De la Torre, Mark Anthony Alvarez, Bobby Ray Martin Alvarez; Five Granddaughters, Amanda Lynn Cisnero, Clarissa Florinda Cisnero, Cecilia Garcia, Vanessa Isabel Flores, Ashlynn Elizabeth Soler; Five Great-granddaughters, Isabella Sam Perez, Natalie Perez, Scarlett Rose Garcia, Hazel Rose Garcia Cisnero, Journee Lee Cisnero; Two Great-grandsons, Xzavier Jay Cisnero, Nathan Aiden Elijah De La Torre.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas with a Evening Service beginning at 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023, 10:30 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home.
The Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery.
