Jesse William Garrett

Jesse William Garrett 28, of Marble passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025. Jesse lived by the oil in his veins. A lover of anything that could be driven, rode, slammed, modified, rebuilt, raced, wrecked, or rattled with bass. His passion drove him to become an excellent mechanic, restorer, and all around audio and automotive installer.
Although an only child, Jesse leaves behind numerous brothers, sisters, and even more friends. For his infectious smile was contagious to all. He was a jokester, a daredevil, a gearhead, grease monkey, and the apple of his mother's eyes.
Jesse was preceded in death by his Nanny, Loretta "Raven" Hyde, may they enjoy their last ride eternally.
Jesse leaves behind a devout mother, Hope Crowe and husband, Rob of Whittier; one uncle, Robert Garrett and wife, Shanna of Peachtree; grandfather, Charles Garrett and, Lea of Murphy. A special Godfather, Ray Cote of Peachtree; and his two precious children, daughter Ember, and son, Liam of Dalton, Georgia.
He will be sadly missed by Matt and The Rose Auto Crew, McCoy, Tyler, Drew, and Marcus, and a host of cousins and relatives both far and near.
The family celebrated Jesse's Life and welcomed his friends to join in the celebration, Friday, November 28, 2025 from 6-8:00 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home in Murphy. Interment will take place at a later date in the Garrett Family Cemetery.
