I spent a lot time with Luke back in 1989 when I moved to Colorado to guide for Tom. Luke was a really good guy, & I know he will be missed greatly. Prayers for his family, especially that beautiful little girl that he left behind. God bless.

My son Jay was Lukes long-time friend. Luke did my flower beds in Rockwall years ago. Jay has been suffering since learning of Lukes passing. Its so very hard to understand, in fact impossible. I pray peace for his family and little girl as only the Father can give. I am so sorry but thankful Luke is in the presence of Jesus.

You were one of the greatest men I have ever met. I loved our fishing trips together, and your positive energy in any given situation. What I loved most was the relationship between you and Ella. That is the exact relationship I always want to have with my little girl. You may be gone, but I promise you will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace, brother.

First, I can't believe I am writing this.:( It truly makes my heart so sad. I first met Luke back in 2011 and he and I quickly became really close. I have so many wonderful memories with Luke, and I will never forget our endless conversations and all our good times we shared together. He knew he could always call me when he needed me and I could do the same with him as well. My favorite memory with Luke was the time he took me out on Lake Ray Hubbard with him, and for once, he did not catch a darn thing. He called me his bad luck. From that point on, we swore I would never go fishing with him again. Ha!ha! Man, I will miss this guy. I will miss his laugh. He will always be in my heart and I will always remember all our good times together. I love you Luke! I will miss you terribly.

I met Luke at work when he would come in as a customer. He was always friendly, so when I found out that he had a landscaping company I hired him to trim my trees at home. Luke was always easy to talk to and always had a smile. Just a good guy all around. I'm sorry for his family, you are in my prayers.

Luke was so special. We enjoyed getting to know him when he did our mowing. Little Ella was always a joy when she was with him. The love between these two was a sight to see ~ simply the most heartwarming thing ever ! Our hearts are broken. Please know Mary & Tom that you are in our thoughts & prayers for God's peace, grace, and love to wray his arms around your family as you travel this sad road. Much love.

Luke was a great man!!! We met him through a mutual friend when we need to rehome a German Shepard we had rescued. He made it very clear that she needed to be good with kids because of Ella. He sent me pictures of Ella and Lilly in her playhouse the day they met. I loved seeing all the pictures of them and Lilly fishing in the boat. Please know our prayers are with Ella and his family for comfort during this very difficult time.
